Cuddle Ewe™ Sleep Advice
- Get Ready - Prepare your mind and body for sleep by
reducing stimuli before going to bed. Develop a routine
for unwinding and letting go of problems.
- Designate Time - Develop regular sleeping and waking
times. Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday.
A change in sleeping and waking times by even 30 minutes
disturbs the body’s sleep/wake clock. Changes should be
made gradually to prevent disturbing this balance.
- Hot Bath - Take a hot bath or shower before retiring
